Search does not work properly

I can’t find anything using the search - it only ever brings back meagre results, and never what I’m looking for.

For example, if I search for another users page, it doesn’t locate it.

What exactly does the search search?

Search is now working again.
Please note that it only searches for other users/blogs on the site and content you post/are tagged in/favourite.
